Organic Matcha is loaded with vitamins, phytonutrients, minerals, and antioxidants that gently help balance, detoxify, and energize the body.
Add 1 teaspoon(1.5g) of Matcha in 2oz of hot water [180ºF] and whisk briskly for 20 seconds. For a latté, use 1-2 teaspoons of matcha to 5 oz water [180ºF]. Whisk. Add 3 oz warm milk or cream + honey. Whisk again and enjoy.
