We take pride in sourcing our ingredients from local farms in the surrounding regions first. When sourcing globally, we work closely with farmers who share our commitment to quality and ethical practices; our sources are some of the finest tea producers worldwide. We source from small farms in China, Taiwan, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam, Malawi, and South Africa. We ensure that every sip of our tea not only supports local agriculture but the journey of each ingredient from farm to cup is traceable. Doing this guarantees the highest taste, purity, and environmental stewardship standards.

Yes! Our team blends our teas by hand in small batches at our flagship location in Omaha's historic Blackstone District.

Whenever possible, we source organic ingredients from farms locally and internationally.

All of our offerings are blended in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Although tea does not go bad per se, the flavors go stale over time. We recommend drinking our unopened and sealed teas within two years of purchase. For the best taste and experience, it is recommended that you consume opened teas within six months. It is essential to store the teas in an airtight container, keeping them dry and away from direct sunlight.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the option chosen.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within five business days of being placed. Please be aware that the impact Covid-19 has had on global sourcing may cause delays. This is especially true during holidays or promotional periods.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Pickup orders are available Wed-Sun at our Blackstone Location. Orders are not processed or shipped on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.

If your package is lost during shipment, we will do our best to help you. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any packages after proof of delivery has been generated.

Absolutely! We offer both physical and virtual gift cards for your convenience.


We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of sale for store credit.  If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, kindly contact us for assistance. Tea may only be returned if unopened.  Teaware and Merchandise must be returned unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
