These plant medicines are ideally suited to the Capricornian sun, moon, and rising signs. They help balance moisture/oils in the skin and tissues; warm and stimulate healthy digestive function; gently open the heart and reduce nervous tension; promote clarity of thought; and support lymphatic circulation.
Steep 1 TBS (4g) of Capricorn in 8 oz hot water [185ºF] for 3-5 minutes. It is always best to cover your tea as it steeps.
Steep a second time for 8-10 minutes or longer. For increased medicinal benefit, consider cold-brewing overnight for longer and more potent extraction.
