Standard prep: Steep 1 TBS (6.75g) of Manipura to 6-8 oz hot water [205º] for 10-12 minutes. Once steeped, add warm oat milk or cream and raw honey to taste. Traditional prep: Add 1 TBS tea to 6-8 oz water in saucepan. Simmer for 10-12 minutes (do not boil). Strain. Add warm milk and honey.
