Mitra's tightly rolled leaves produce a light bronze liquor with an earthy and malty taste. Smooth and mellow-tasting with a unique warmth and vital presence that instantly comforts and inspires. An excellent tea to be enjoyed with a rich cream and local clover honey.
Steep 1 TBS (3g) of Mitra in 8 oz hot water [205ºF] for 3 minutes. It is always best to cover your tea as it steeps to prevent aromas from escaping.
