    A staple.

Note: I don't add sugar to my tea. Assume that unless otherwise specified.

This is the staple. The tea I buy in the biggest size because I love it at least four or five times a week in the morning. I am generally not the biggest fan of bitter and black(can't stand coffee, in any form) and this tea walks the line between two much and wonderful perfectly. It surprised me because you can smell the sort of darkness or bitterness of the black when you open the back, and I didn't expect to like it. But then the floral catches up, and melds into a little bit of citrus, and I want to keep smelling it. It tastes so similar to how it smells to me. A bit of bitterness melded with floral and citrus that soften it perfectly. I usually just enjoy a fresh cup at work in the morning, but when I'm feeling indulgent I brew it to the long end of the recommended steep time, and have a darker mixture ready to pour into some foamed almond milk with a tiny bit of honey for a london fog. I haven't been without this tea in about two years.
