Mint is a paradoxical plant – an admixture of coolness and heat, of stimulation and relaxation. Minthe is mint tea blended to perfection. Notes of sweet spearmint, spicy peppermint, and creamy vanilla.
Named after the goddess Minthe, the humble yet extraordinary mint plant aids relaxation; boosts focus, memory, and mood; and helps alleviate gas, digestive discomfort, headaches, fevers, and flu.
Steep 1 TBS (3g) of Minthe in 8 oz hot water [203ºF] for 8-10 minutes. It is always best to cover your tea as it steeps.
