Askinosie Chocolate est l'un des premiers fabricants de chocolat artisanal américain, fondé en 2005. Il s'agit d'une entreprise familiale père/fille de moins de 30 employés, connue pour fabriquer du chocolat primé (près de 70+ et ce n'est pas fini !) et pour être le pionnier du commerce direct dans l'industrie du chocolat. Ils fabriquent des barres de chocolat noir, au lait et blanc d'origine unique avec un minimum de transformation et d'ingrédients. Ils sont passionnés par l'agriculture régénératrice, la durabilité et la transparence. Avec une équipe de 8 chocolatiers, ils torréfient, tempèrent, moulent et emballent tout notre chocolat à la main dans notre micro-usine de Springfield, MO.
