Le pavot rouge, la fleur de houblon et l'écorce de magnolia chinois se combinent pour favoriser le sommeil en aidant à détendre l'esprit et le corps, à soulager l'anxiété, à réduire l'adrénaline et à augmenter l'activité GABA, ce qui contribue à créer une base plus saine pour une bonne nuit de repos.
Faites infuser 1 c. à soupe (3 g) d'Hypnus dans 250 ml d'eau chaude [93 °C] pendant 6 à 8 minutes. Il est toujours préférable de couvrir votre thé pendant l'infusion pour éviter que les arômes ne s'échappent.

A Perfect Nighttime Cup of Tea
I was looking for a change from our Anima Mundi herbals and I am thrilled we found Artemis! Hypnus is such a beautiful and warming cup of tea to unwind with before bed. It has a lovely hint of sweetness and is perfect with a dash of cream. I just ordered several more of their teas to try and really excited!
