Faites infuser 1 c. à soupe (3 g) d'Hypnus dans 250 ml d'eau chaude [93 °C] pendant 6 à 8 minutes. Il est toujours préférable de couvrir votre thé pendant l'infusion pour éviter que les arômes ne s'échappent.

Where flavor meets function
I’ve tried a couple of the Artemis teas for evenings, and this one is by far my favorite. I’ve shared it with all of my loved ones who have issues winding down to sleep, and every single one of them has raved about it. Really helps me sleep, and I’ve had a sleep disorder since childhood and have tried everything. The function aside, this tea is simply gorgeous! Visually stunning, only matched by the extraordinary flavor profile. A masterful blend, smooth, with a berry floral profile. I love mixing it with Gryphon (or Yule), the combo of the two is probably the most delicious and comforting thing I’ve ever tasted. Absolute staple in my tea wardrobe, and my house regularly sings praises to its designer.
