Faites infuser 1 c. à soupe (6,5 g) de Gastronome dans 250 ml d'eau chaude [93 °C] pendant 8 à 10 minutes. Il est toujours préférable de couvrir votre thé pendant l'infusion.

One of my favorite things about Artemis teas is the wide variety of bold and high quality blends. With that wonderful variety not every tea is going to be to your liking. This one didn't hit for me but I'm sure others will like it. I found it a bit astringent? Hard to put my finger on since usually I like earthy, even bitter flavors.

Gastronome tea
Gastronome has subtle chocolate mint tones and brews a beautiful coffee-like hue. We enjoy it whether it's morning or to wind down before bed.
