Augmente l'énergie physique et l'endurance en améliorant la digestion, l'absorption des nutriments et la fonction métabolique. Aide à équilibrer la glycémie, à traiter le manque d'appétit, ainsi qu'à réduire les nausées, les ballonnements après les repas et la paresse intestinale.
Préparation standard : faites infuser 1 c. à soupe (6,75 g) de Manipura dans 180 à 230 ml d'eau chaude [205 °C] pendant 10 à 12 minutes. Une fois infusé, ajoutez du lait d'avoine chaud ou de la crème et du miel cru selon votre goût. Préparation traditionnelle : ajoutez 1 c. à soupe de thé à 180 à 230 ml d'eau dans une casserole. Laissez mijoter pendant 10 à 12 minutes (ne faites pas bouillir). Filtrez. Ajoutez le lait chaud et le miel.

The best chai EVER!
This is my absolute favorite chai on the planet. The flavors are incredible, and you can really tell there's a lot of love and care that goes into crafting this blend. I drink it all day long, before and after meals, and really appreciate how it eases my digestion.
