Géminis

Gemini is one of those blends that immediately captures your attention from the very first moment the packet is opened. The aroma alone feels luminous and inviting with vibrant peach, passionfruit, and layers of tropical fruit unfolding beautifully beside delicate floral notes and soft herbal undertones.

I prepared this blend both hot and as a cold brew, though for me it truly shines when cold steeped. After a twelve hour cold brew, the infusion became incredibly smooth, refreshing, and naturally thirst quenching with a gentle fruit sweetness that never felt overpowering. The peach notes especially come alive beautifully, while the passionfruit and tropical fruits create a bright, summery character that feels both uplifting and soothing at once. A small touch of honey brought even more depth and succulence to the fruit notes.

Prepared hot, Gemini takes on a softer and more delicate personality with a silky body, pale blush infusion, subtle florals, and a gentle tartness from the bilberry appearing at the finish.

This is an exceptionally well balanced blend that feels thoughtfully layered from beginning to end. Easily one of my favorite offerings from Artemis Tea & Botanical and absolutely a tea I plan to keep stocked throughout the summer months.
