Askinosie Chocolate es uno de los fabricantes originales de chocolate artesanal estadounidense, fundado en 2005. Es una empresa familiar de padre e hija con menos de 30 empleados, conocida por elaborar chocolates galardonados (¡casi 70 y contando!) y por ser pionera en el comercio directo en la industria del chocolate. Elaboran barras de chocolate negro, con leche y blanco de origen único con un procesamiento e ingredientes mínimos. Les apasiona la agricultura regenerativa, la sostenibilidad y la transparencia. Con un equipo de 8 fabricantes de chocolate, tuesta, templa, moldea y envasa todo nuestro chocolate a mano en nuestra microfábrica en Springfield, MO.
