Aumenta la energía física y la resistencia al mejorar la digestión, la absorción de nutrientes y la función metabólica. Ayuda a equilibrar el nivel de azúcar en sangre, a tratar la falta de apetito y a reducir las náuseas, la hinchazón después de las comidas y la lentitud intestinal.
Preparación estándar: Deje reposar 1 cucharada (6,75 g) de Manipura en 6-8 oz de agua caliente [205º] durante 10-12 minutos. Una vez que esté en infusión, agregue leche de avena tibia o crema y miel cruda a gusto. Preparación tradicional: Agregue 1 cucharada de té a 6-8 oz de agua en una cacerola. Hierva a fuego lento durante 10-12 minutos (sin hervir). Colar. Agregue la leche tibia y la miel.

The best chai EVER!
This is my absolute favorite chai on the planet. The flavors are incredible, and you can really tell there's a lot of love and care that goes into crafting this blend. I drink it all day long, before and after meals, and really appreciate how it eases my digestion.
